Diagnostic & Approach Report- Public Review
This on-line version of the Diagnostic & Approach Report has been prepared to facilitate public commenting on the draft document. To this end, comments have been enabled on each and every paragraph, figure and table in the report. However, the resulting display is not pretty.
This version of the document does not include the numerous illustrations in the print and PDF report. Moreover, the paragraph numbers and commenting tools break up the text, making it more difficult to read. Commenters are strongly encouraged to download and review the beautiful PDF first, and to primarily use this web version for registering comments.
